1. By commissioning me, you understand and accept that you will not receive a physical product. All commissions are digital products only.

2. I reserve the right to refuse any commission without reason.

3. Unless agreed upon otherwise before the product is finished, I have the right to publish any products and artwork to social media, portfolios, etc.

4. You must credit me, edwardcilestia, when using my products for any reason. Do not claim my products as your own.

5. Products are for personal use only. Additional costs may apply for commercial use.

6. Canvas sizes and resolutions may vary. If you need a specific canvas size or resolution, you must tell me before I begin the commission.

7. Deadlines must be agreed upon before I begin the commission. Additional costs may apply for certain deadlines.

8. All prices are estimates. Prices may vary for each commission.

9. Payment through PayPal or Stripe only.

10. I will only accept multiple payments for **singular commissions **above the cost of $150 USD. Payments must be agreed upon. I will not proceed or start the commission until the agreed upon payments have been received.

11. References are required. Additional costs may apply if no references are provided.

12. You may not use any of my art, purchased or not, for any kind of A.I, N.F.T, Auto-Generation, etc. usage or association.

13. Do not trace, copy, and/or steal any of my art, purchased or not.

14. For non-Live2d commissions, no refunds will be accepted after the sketch phase has begun. For Live2d commissions, half refunds may be given only before the rigging stage has begun. No refunds will be given after the rigging stage has begun. Refunds are calculated based on the final total price of each respective commission. (Does not apply to term 17.) Any commission that includes animation or movement will be considered a Live2d commission.

15. If I cancel your commission for any reason, you will be appropriately refunded (does not apply to term 17).

16. If you cannot use the product you receive properly due to a fault on your end, you will not receive a refund or modifications. If you need help setting something up you are more than welcome to reach out to me, I will do my best to assist you through a private discord voice chat. All Live2d Models were intended to be used with an iPhone and the full version of VTube Studio. Live2d animations and models may be exported as very large files with high resolutions that certain computers and PCs may be unable to open or run properly. I will not sell you a product that won't run on my own PC. Please keep your technological restrictions in mind before commissioning me.

17. ALL RESPECTIVE COMMISSIONS WILL BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON AND ANY AND ALL COMMERECIAL OR PRIVATE RIGHTS TO MY WORK WILL BE REVOKED IF YOU BREAK MY TERMS OF SERVICE OR ABUSE MY POLICIES REGARDLESS OF ALL OTHER TERMS.

18. BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS AND POLICIES LISTED AND AGREE TO FOLLOW AND ADHERE TO EACH OF THEM.
